Our founder Giangeet’s love life was completely transformed when she was first introduced to the relationship teachings of Kundalini Yoga.
Inspired by her own transformation, she has created these virtual courses to share these teachings with you. When there is balance and harmony within our relationships, there is a chance to have balance and harmony on our planet.
The Relationship Masterclass is composed our 4 sets containing 3 mini courses each. Each mini course stands on its own. You are invited to browse the topics of each course and start with the one that resonates with you most.
For the greatest impact on your current and/or future relationship it is recommended to partake in full set.
Each course consists of the following:
A 1-hr lecture on the topic of the course title
A 1-hr class consisting of a yoga set, a meditation and a gong bath.
A 15 minute mantra practice
Optional - Tantric Necklace with corresponding gemstone and mantra to activate and enhance to power of each course set.
